What platform is the virtual masterclass broadcast on?

Do I need a model for the virtual live class?
Having a model to work on is ideal and gives you the most hands-on experience. A mannequin head works well too. If neither is possible, you will still leave with a clear understanding of every technique — you can practise on yourself or at your next booking immediately after.
Is the live session recorded and sent to me?
Yes. Every live virtual masterclass attendee receives the full recording after the session. This comes as standard — there is no extra charge for it.
How long do I have access to the recording?
Recorded access is yours indefinitely — there is no expiry date or renewal fee. Many artists return to it every season to sharpen their technique before a busy booking period.
What does a 1:1 intensive actually look like in practice?
You share your goals ahead of the session and I build the day specifically around them. We work through your chosen areas at a pace that suits you — not a group pace — with time to practise, correct and refine. There is no script; the session follows your needs from the first hour to the last. Virtual 1:1 sessions run over video with screen-sharing and close camera setup so every detail reads clearly.
Can I choose between in-person and virtual for my 1:1?
Yes. All 1:1 formats — Focus Session, Half-Day, Full-Day, Two-Day — are available both in person and virtually. Pricing is the same for either. Mention your preference when you enquire and we will confirm availability and logistics.
How quickly can a 1:1 be arranged?
Most sessions can be scheduled within two weeks of enquiry, subject to availability. If you have a specific date in mind — for example, before a busy booking period — mention it when you reach out and we will do our best to accommodate it.
Is there a virtual option covering both makeup and hair?
Yes. Both the Makeup and Hair masterclasses are available as virtual live sessions and recordings. The Both Masterclasses bundle (live: $250 / recording: $160) gives you the full curriculum across both disciplines at a saving.
